This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Fastrack, Inc., a California corporation, doing business as 24/7 Helper (“24/7 Helper,” “Fastrack,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked (directly or indirectly) with an individual or household (“Personal Information”).

This Policy applies to Personal Information collected through:

- our websites and hosted interfaces (the “Site”), including https://www.247helpers.com and any successor URL;

- our dashboards, portals, and web-based applications;

- our AI-powered receptionist, communications, scheduling, automation, and related hosted services (collectively, the “Services”); and

- our communications with you (email, phone, chat, or support).

IMPORTANT CONTROLLER / PROCESSOR NOTE

When we collect Personal Information as a controller/business (for example, when you visit our Site or create an account), this Policy applies.

When we process Personal Information as a service provider/processor on behalf of a business customer (for example, when a customer uses our Services to handle calls/messages from their own customers), we process Personal Information under our contract with that business customer and their privacy policy applies. If you are interacting with a business customer using our Services, please contact that business customer with questions about their privacy practices.

Your Consent

By accessing or using the Site or Services, you consent to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services or provide us with Personal Information.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Your continued use of the Site or Services after an update becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy. If we make a material change, we may provide notice as required by law.

This Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Use.


Description of Our Services

The Services help our business customers manage inbound and outbound communications, including call answering, SMS/MMS messaging, customer intake, scheduling, routing, call summaries, transcripts, and workflow automation. Features may change from time to time.


Personal Information We Collect

1) Personal Information You Provide to Us

Depending on how you use the Site/Services, we may collect:

- Account and contact information (name, email, phone number, company name, job title).

- Billing information (billing contact details and transaction metadata). Payment card details are typically handled by our payment processors.

- Support and communications (messages, emails, chat content, and call recordings with our support team where permitted by law).

- Configuration and usage inputs (settings, scripts, workflows, call routing preferences, intake form responses, tags, notes).

2) Personal Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Site, we (and our service providers) may automatically collect:

- Device and network data (IP address, device identifiers, browser type, OS, language, approximate location derived from IP).

- Usage data (pages viewed, time on page, navigation paths, clicks, referring URLs).

3) Personal Information We Process on Behalf of Business Customers

When business customers use our Services, we may collect or process data about their callers and message senders, which may include:

- Caller/message sender identifiers (phone number; caller ID name when available).

-Call and message content (call recordings, voicemail, SMS/MMS content).

- Transcripts and summaries (voice transcripts, AI-generated summaries, classifications, routing labels).

- Metadata (call time/date/duration, message timestamps, call routing and outcome data).

- Related data that a customer connects through integrations (for example, CRM contact records or appointment data), as configured by that customer.

Business customers are responsible for providing legally required notices and obtaining any required consents (including for call recording, texting, and marketing communications).

4) Personal Information From Third Parties

We may receive Personal Information from:

- service providers (analytics, hosting, security);

- integration partners you enable (CRM, calendars, email providers, etc.);

- marketing partners (where applicable); and

- public sources (limited).


How We Use Personal Information

We may use Personal Information to:

- Provide and operate the Site and Services (authentication, call/message handling, routing, scheduling, automation).

- Customer support and communications (responding to requests, troubleshooting).

- Service improvement (debugging, analytics, performance, feature development).

- Security and fraud prevention (abuse detection, access control, audit logs).

- Compliance with legal obligations and enforcement of our terms.

- Business operations (billing, accounting, internal administration).

AI Features

Some Services include AI-based functionality such as transcription, summarization, classification, routing, and suggested responses (“AI Features”).

AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete.

We may use internal systems and/or third-party AI providers to deliver AI Features.

We process data for AI Features to provide the Services and improve functionality, consistent with this Policy, our contracts, and applicable law.

- Service providers and subcontractors that help us deliver the Services (hosting, analytics, support, security, communications infrastructure).

- Business customers who use our Services (for example, providing them with call recordings, transcripts, and message logs).

- Integration partners you enable (as configured by you).

- Professional advisors (lawyers, accountants, auditors) as needed.

- Authorities / legal process where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

- Business transaction participants in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

We do not “sell” Personal Information in the traditional sense. If we engage in targeted advertising that could be considered “sharing” under certain privacy laws, we provide opt-out mechanisms where required.


Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

Children’s Privacy

The Site and Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. If you believe a child has provided Personal Information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have rights to:

- access/know what Personal Information we collect;

- request deletion;

- request correction;

Where we act as a service provider/processor for a business customer, we may direct requests to that business customer.

If you access the Site/Services from outside the United States, your Personal Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate, subject to appropriate safeguards as required by law.
