This Description of Services explains the functionality, scope, and limitations of the services provided by Fastrack, Inc. d/b/a 24/7 Helper (“24/7 Helper,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This document supplements our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

AI Call Handling & Virtual Receptionist

24/7 Helper provides AI-powered call handling technology that enables businesses to automatically answer inbound telephone calls, engage callers in natural conversation, collect information, route calls, schedule appointments, and deliver summaries to business users.

When an inbound call is received, 24/7 Helper may collect call metadata and conversation content and present that information through the platform dashboard or connected integrations.

Call Recording

If enabled by the customer, 24/7 Helper may record inbound telephone calls for quality, training, or operational purposes.

Important compliance notice:

- Laws governing call recording vary by jurisdiction.

- Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable notice and consent requirements.

- 24/7 Helper may provide configurable call-disclosure messages, but does not provide legal advice.

By enabling call recording, you authorize 24/7 Helper to record calls on your behalf.

You are responsible for notifying employees, contractors, or agents that calls may be recorded.

24/7 Helper disclaims liability for misuse of call recordings or failure to comply with recording laws.

Call Transcription & AI Summaries

When enabled, 24/7 Helper may transcribe calls and generate AI-assisted summaries, tags, or classifications. Transcription and AI processing may be performed using third-party service providers.

AI outputs are provided for assistance only and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Customers are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for business decisions.

Appointment Scheduling

24/7 Helper may collect caller-provided information and schedule appointments using customer-defined availability rules or connected calendar systems.

24/7 Helper does not guarantee appointment attendance, job completion, or customer follow-through.

SMS & Messaging

24/7 Helper may support SMS or messaging features to enable businesses to communicate with customers via text.

Messaging compliance requirements:

- Customers must comply with TCPA, CTIA, A2P, and similar messaging laws.

- Opt-in consent is required prior to sending outbound messages.

- STOP / opt-out commands must be honored immediately.
- Unsolicited bulk messaging is prohibited.

Usage limits may apply. Messaging availability may vary by geography and carrier.

Chat & Web Intake (Optional)

24/7 Helper may provide web chat or form-based intake tools to collect information from website visitors. Data collected is displayed in the platform dashboard and may trigger automations or notifications.

AI Decision Support

Certain services may include AI-generated recommendations, summaries, or suggested follow-ups based on conversations.

These features:

Third-Party Integrations

24/7 Helper may integrate with third-party platforms such as CRMs, calendars, analytics tools, or communication providers.

We are not responsible for:

Third-party outages

- Data handling by third parties

- Changes to third-party services

- Errors caused by third-party integrations

- Use of integrations is subject to the third party’s terms and privacy policies.

Reasonable Use & Platform Protections

Some services may be offered on an “unlimited” or bundled basis, subject to reasonable business use limitations, including but not limited to:

- Fair usage thresholds
- Anti-spam protections

- Abuse prevention

- Prohibited automated dialing or traffic manipulation

- Account sharing restrictions

- We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate service for misuse or abuse.

Data Handling & Privacy

24/7 Helper processes customer data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Unless expressly agreed in writing (including execution of a Business Associate Agreement where applicable), customers may not submit protected health information (PHI) or other regulated sensitive data.

Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, services may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control. Service availability is not guaranteed.

Changes to Services

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated functionality.
